After a meal in Bagan you are often offered a little sweet, Tamarind Flakes. A little sweet but a little bit sour and oh so addicting! Never seen these before so my understanding is they are only found in Myanmar...or maybe just in Bagan?! Why do I fall in love with things that you can only find in one place?
